Petitioners were earlier on bail in connection with Kaliganj Police Station Case No.146 of 2017 dated 12.05.2017. The said case has already been committed to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, Court No.3, Krishnanagar, Nadia. Due to non-appearance of the present petitioners, warrant of arrest was issued.

In view of the submission so advanced, I direct that in case the petitioners surrender before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, Court No.3, Krishnanagar, Nadia in connection with Kaliganj Police Station Case No.146 of 2017 corresponding to Sessions Case No.143(03) of 2022 by 15th March, 2024 and the learned court on inspection of the records finds that the petitioners were earlier on bail, then in that case, the learned court would allow the petitioners on the same bail and bond subject to the conditions for the next six months they would meet with the Inspector-in-Charge, Kaliganj Police Station once in a fortnight. The

Inspector-in-Charge, Kaliganj Police Station will submit a compliance report before the learned trial court once in a month. In case the petitioners do not appear within the time schedule so fixed, the learned court would take steps to initiate process under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. If there is any violation of the conditions, the learned trial court will take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 706 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
