The State of West Bengal and another Mr. Sayan Mukherjee .. for the petitioner Since the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Criminal Revision No.115 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track 2nd Court, City Sessions Court at Calcutta, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

This court is informed that the revisional application filed by the private opposite party was received by the learned revisional court on 16th August, 2022 and is pending since then. In view of the above, the learned revisional court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

CRR 861 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
