Report submitted by the S. D. P. O, Habra holding the charge of Dy. Supdt. of Police, Barasat Police District through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings being Special Case No. 39 of 1995 under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Special Judge-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, North 24 Parganas at Barasat.
The report reflects that the petitioner namely, Sk. Noor Mohammad expired on 16th April, 2019. A Photostat copy of the death certificate has been enclosed along with the report. In view of the aforesaid, the present revisional application has become infructuous. Thus, CRR No. 252 of 2013 is dismissed as infructuous.
All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
