This writ petition has been listed under heading "For Dismissal". Petitioner goes unrepresented. Order sheet reveals the writ petition was dismissed for default and restored on 11th February, 2020. On 3rd March, 2020, the writ petition was moved upon petitioner filing supplementary affidavit and the Municipality filed affidavit-in-opposition. Yesterday, none appeared on behalf of petitioner. However, the writ petition was not dismissed but directed to be listed as aforesaid to give further notice to petitioner in compliance with notification dated 27th November, 2020, for Court to exercise extreme caution.
