Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have also considered the materials on record. Large cache of arms was recovered from the petitioner. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
