1. In terms of the order dated 20th May, 2025, a report is filed by the WBCSSC dated 18th June, 2025 and the same is taken on record.

2. From the report, it appears that petitioner ranked 6th and before petitioner there are five candidates and all the six candidates applied for transfer to the post in Asanpur Pulin Behari Adarsha Vidyamandir. It is also stated in the report that due to suspension of portal in terms of the order of the School Education Department, Government of West

Bengal, transfer order could not be passed in favour of eligible candidate to the post in aforesaid school.

3. It transpires from the report dated 18th June, petitioner ranked 6th.

Therefore, ignoring right of five candidates who ranked higher in the list straightway petitioner ought not to be directed to be transferred to the post in aforesaid school. West Bengal Central School Service Commission is directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner for transfer to the aforesaid school when process will commence for transferring a candidate to the said post in Asanpur Pulin Behari Adarsha Vidyamandir.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order be given to the parties expeditiously, if applied for, on usual undertakings.
