Statement of the minor implicates the petitioner in the alleged crime. Electronic evidence also shows petitioner had uploaded her objectionable pictures on the social media. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Victim is yet to be examined.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
