Affidavit of service is kept on record. However, no one appears for the concerned College.

It appears from the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the parties that two representations made on behalf of the petitioner before the Director and the Principal of the Institute on 3rd December, 2021 and before the Finance Officer, Moulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology on 23rd February, 2022 for payment of gratuity and earned leave which have not yet been considered and disposed of by the concerned Institute and the University. The Institute is hence directed to dispose of the representations by way of a reasoned order within three weeks from the date of communication of this order after hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made

available to the petitioner within a week from which such order is passed.

W.P.A.4027 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
