Heard learned advocate for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned adjudication order passed by the WBGST authority concerned which is an appealable order under the Statute and the considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner except extending time to file statutory appeal by two weeks and keeping all the points open before the appellate authority which has been raised by the petitioner in the writ petition and the Judgments which petitioner intends to rely.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 4300 of 2024 is disposed of.
