This is a writ petition of the year 2009 praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to participate in the interview for the Group-D post which was scheduled to be held on 22nd February, 2009.

Record reveals that by an order dated 17th February, 2009 a coordinate Bench allowed the petitioner to participate in the said interview. Due to passage of time, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
