The petitioner is the plaintiff of the Ejectment Suit No. 247 of 2018 pending before the learned Judge, 2nd Bench, Small Causes Court at Calcutta.

The petitioner by the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is praying a direction before the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

It appears from record that the suit has been fixed for argument.

Mr. Banerjee, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that April 23, 2021 is the next date fixed for argument in the said suit.

The learned Trial Judge is requested to conclude the argument of the said suit on the next date fixed in the suit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties,

in the event the said argument cannot be concluded on the said date it must be concluded within one week thereafter.

C.O. 362 of 2021 is disposed of with the above terms without any order for costs.
