The petitioners before us are the family members of the principal accused.

Enlarging any of the petitioners before us on anticipatory bail will be inimical to the recovery of the victim as also the investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 806 of 2023 is dismissed.
