Learned advocate for the petitioners is present. State has submitted a report which reflects that pursuant to the information submitted with the police station, Chetla P. S. No. 46 dated 27-02-2020 was registered for investigation and on conclusion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned CJM, Alipore on 23-022023. The report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the State that a final report has been submitted, the petitioner being the complainant will be at liberty to take appropriate steps under the statutory provisions of law, if required, for further investigation. If such an application is filed at the instance of the petitioner learned CJM, Alipore will dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
