The respondent no. 5 has filed one affidavit-inopposition wherein, it has been pointed out by the petitioner, that there is an admitted due of Rs.35,149/-, which is mentioned in paragraph 4(iv).

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that they are also admitting that this amount is due. On the basis of such admission, I direct the Bank Authority to pay the amount of Rs.35,149/- to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date.

With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
