Contempt application is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 10th April, 2026 when learned advocate representing alleged contemnor has filed affidavit of compliance affirmed on 7th May, 2026 and same is taken on record.

It is submitted by learned advocates representing the applicant and alleged contemnor that pension papers were forwarded to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) in terms of direction passed by this Court and order dated 22nd September, 2025 is complied with so far alleged contemnor is concerned.

In view of such submissions made on behalf of the parties, contempt application is disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.
