The President of Hatia High School (H.S.) has given one letter to the petitioner that the authority would not proceed against him any further in connection with the suspension dated 23.10.2017. Mr. Ekramul Bari, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that as the school does not want to proceed further, the matter may be disposed of. Mr. Rajaram Banerjee, learned advocate for the State is present but in this matter the State has

nothing to do.

In view of the said letter of the President dated 20.12.2021, this matter is disposed of and the suspension will not have any effect on the service career of the petitioner.
