Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is remediless since, the composition of the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal at present is such that, there is only one Administrative Member.

State is represented.

By the impugned order, the matter is fixed for hearing on August 18, 2023. The Court is informed that pleadings are complete before the Tribunal.

In such circumstances, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

WP.ST 26 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
