We have considered the materials on record.
Statement of victim implicates the petitioner in the offence of rape. It is contended parties have amicably settled the dispute. Offence is a non-compoundable one. The aforesaid submission indicates a malefic influence of the petitioner on the victim. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
