Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about two years. The petitioner may be enlarged on bail on any condition. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the material available in the case diary, we are unable to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, we request the jurisdictional court to frame the charges, if not already framed, as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 653 of 2022 is dismissed.
