Petitioner prays for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted on January 31, 2024 passed in CRM (A) 278 of 2024. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private opposite parties are guilty of post bail misconduct. The private opposite parties accosted the petitioner and threatened the petitioner to withdraw the present police case. Private opposite parties and State are represented. Affidavits filed in Court be taken on record. The allegation of threat held out by the private opposite parties largely remain unsubstantiated although a police case was registered in respect thereto.

We are not minded to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the private opposite parties on January 31, 2024 on the basis of the materials presently made available to the Court.

CRM (DB) 560 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to the costs.
