This revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings of G.R. Case No. 2445 of 2019 arising out of Nandakumar Police Station Case No. 468 of 2019 dated 13.11.2019 under Sections 498A/325/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The order dated 12.02.2020 is also the subject-matter of challenge in connection with the said case. Ms. Baisali Basu, learned advocate appearing for the State was directed to submit a report. Today, the Officer-inCharge, Nandakumar Police Station has submitted a report. Let the said report dated 21.12.2022 be kept on record. The said report reflects that in connection with the Nandakumar Police Station Case No. 468 of 2019 dated 13.11.2019, the trial has been concluded and the accused persons viz. Manas Ari, Banamali Ari and Durga Rani Ari were acquitted and discharged from their respective bail bonds. Having regard to the same, I am of the view that this revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 442 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
