The Regional Manager of the Bank of Baroda has filed a report in the form of affidavit, which is taken on record.

It appears from such report that the bank has been casual in dealing with its security.

The private respondent no. 7 claims to have purchased the property from the original landowner. There is O.A. No. 76 of 20185 and S.A. No. 381 of 2018 pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Kolkata in this regard.

The bank may establish its claim in respect of its property in the aforesaid O.A. and S.A. and take steps in accordance with law.

5.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the police in the facts and circumstances of this case.

6.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
