This appeal was allowed and disposed of by this Court vide order dated 5th February, 2025.

CAN 2 of 2025 has been filed seeking substitution of the respondent No.1, Shamim Akhter, in AST 15 of 2014, whose legal heirs are his son Afaque Shamim and his wife Shaheda Khanam.

There is also a delay of 2098 days. Hence, CAN 3 of 2025 has been filed seeking condonation of delay. 4.

Counsel for the CESC seeks time to obtain instructions.
