The instant case record is placed before this Court by the department since a typographical error occurred in the cause title of the order dated December 14, 2022. It reveals from the cause title of the said order dated December 14, 2022 that instead of "Mst. Fatema Bibi & Ors." it has been typed as "Mst. Ratema Bibi & Ors.".

In view of such, it is hereby ordered that "Mst. Ratema Bibi & Ors." as appearing in the cause title in the order dated December 14, 2022 is to be read "Mst. Fatema Bibi & Ors.".

Department is hereby directed to make correction in the order dated December 14, 2022 in the spirit of today's order.

File be returned to the department at once.
