Petitioner approached this Court at a stage when the investigation relating to Kaliganj PS Case No. 46/24 dated 09.01.2024 was pending. Petitioner was aggrieved regarding the progress of the investigation.

Report submitted on behalf of the State reflects that after completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.

In view of the charge sheet having been submitted, petitioner will approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law for redressing his grievance.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 4267 of 2025 is disposed of.
