1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 1970 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 3rd Additional Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas as also the application for temporary injunction filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 in connection therewith.

2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed direction for prior service of copy of this application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 3rd Additional Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas to

dispose of the application for injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 pending before the said learned Court as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The learned Trial Court is also requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as the business of the learned Court would permit.

4. With the above observations, CO. 666 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
