Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of co-accused viz. Amit Kumar Gupta was rejected in November, 2022. Petitioner stands on the same footing with the said co-accused. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
