It is not in dispute that the college was granted affiliation on December 27, 2023 by the Council.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that due to some technical problems, the petitioner could not deposit the affiliation fees with the Council.

The college, however, admitted about 59 students. I am of the view that in the interest of the students who have already been admitted with the college, as a special case, the petitioner should be allowed to deposit the affiliation fees.

Since the web portal has already been closed, the admission fees cannot be deposited through online. Accordingly, I direct the Council to accept the admission fees within a period of 3 days from date. Let such fees be paid by way of a Demand Draft. The

petitioner shall also pay an additional amount of Rs. 5,000/- to the Council for the delay in depositing the fees. The Council shall register the names of the students, if the admission of the students is otherwise regular.

Accordingly, WPA 4314 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
