The matter was adjourned on several previous occasions on the prayer of the petitioners.

In fact, on January 2, 2023, the matter was adjourned as a last chance to the petitioner. Even thereafter on January 3, 2023, an adjournment was sought by the petitioners.

Today when the matter is called on for hearing, none appears for the petitioners, although the respondents are represented through counsel.

In such view of the matter, it transpires that the petitioners are no longer interested in moving the matter.

Accordingly, WPA 1722 of 2016 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
