Learned counsel for the State seeks to withdraw the review application being RVW 41 of 2022 alongwith the stay application being CAN 1 of 2022 on technical grounds and seeks further liberty to file fresh applications on the same cause of action.

In view of the same, both the applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the State to file fresh applications on the same cause of action. On prayer of the State respondents the original certified copy of the order under review be returned to the learned counsel for the State upon enclosing a photo copy of the said order.
