Affidavit-of-service filed in court today be kept on record.

In view of sufficient reasons for the delay having been shown, the delay in filing the review application is condoned.

CAN 1 of 2024 is accordingly allowed without costs, taking on record the review application.

The limited ground of review is that in paragraph no. 14 of the order dated January 5, 2024 passed in WPA 25033 of 2023, the court had directed the respondent no.7 to modify the relevant entries on

its website and records the credit facility status of the petitioner as "partially written-off post-OTS". 5.

It is pointed out by learned counsel for the review applicant that the said phrase does not find place in the available options/codes for credit facility status acceptable by the system maintained by the respondent no.7/review applicant.

The applicable codes have been disclosed by the applicant in Ground no.4 of the Memorandum of review.

Out of the said codes, it transpires that code 04, that is, "Post (WO) Settled" is the most appropriate entry.

Accordingly, RVW 51 of 2024 is allowed, thereby modifying the order dated January 5, 2024 to the limited extent that in paragraph no.14 thereof the phrase "partially written-off post-OTS" shall be replaced by the phrase "Post (WO) Settled" in terms of code 04 of the available options for credit facility status acceptable by the system of the review applicant.

Let such modification be deemed to be incorporated in the order under review for all practical purposes.

10. The review applicant/respondent no.7 in the writ petition shall immediately implement the direction of this court in terms of the above direction.

11. There will be no order as to costs.

12. Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
