It appears from the Report that the WBSEDCL has refused to grant an electricity connection to the petitioner on the ground of splitting of load.

In view of the Regulations, the question of splitting of load is to be redressed by the concerned GRO.

In such circumstance, WPA 4370 of 2026 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the GRO having jurisdiction. It is made clear that all questions are left open to be decided by the concerned GRO in accordance with law.

Let a copy of the Report be served on the petitioner.
