Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner and the victim's husband jointly run a shop. Dispute arose between them and petitioner has been falsely implicated. There is delay in lodging FIR. He prays for anticipatory bail. 2.
Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Inspite of notice nobody appears for the victim. 4.
We have considered the materials on record. We have also examined the statement of the victim. She alleges petitioner had come to her residence and misbehaved with her. He is a business partner of her husband. It is contended due to business dispute he has been falsely implicated. There is a month's delay in lodging FIR. Possibility of false implication
cannot be ruled out. Accordingly, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that he shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
