The writ petition appeared previously on September 10, 2021, September 24, 2021 and 1st October, 2021 when necessary directions were made. Even today the none appears for the parties and no accommodation has been sought for.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 2707 of 2007 stands dismissed for non prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
