It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners that the writ petition was filed inadvertently against the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation.

The land in question falls under the Panchayat. Leave has been sought for to withdraw the writ petition.

Leave sought for is allowed.

The writ petition stands dismissed as "withdrawn".

Dismissal of the writ petition will however, not stand in the way of the petitioners from approaching the appropriate forum, for redressal of their grievances,

in accordance with law on the selfsame cause of action, if so advised.
