1. The innocuous prayer of the petitioners is that the application of the petitioner no. 1, Yes Bank Limited, under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, has been kept pending for an inordinately long period beyond the outer statutory limit.

2. Since due service has been effected, as it is evident from the affidavit of service, which is kept on record, the matter is taken up for disposal.

3. W.P.A. No. 4329 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2, that is, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat to dispose of the petitioner no. 1's application under Section 14 of the 2002 Act, pending before the respondent

no. 2, as early as possible, positively within four weeks from date.

4. The parties shall act on the server copy of this order for the purpose of compliance.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
