Mr. Ranojoy Chatterjee ..... for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner places an order of the Supreme Court dated 09.05.2022 by which a Judgment and Order of the Division Bench dated 26th April, 2022 was stayed and a Special Leave Petition was listed for hearing on 26.07.2022.

Counsel submits that since the petitioner has an alternative remedy before the District Judge, Malda in terms of filing an election petition, the petitioner does not want to continue with the writ petition any further.

WPA 4052 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above.

Counsel further submits that there are no interim orders in this proceeding.
