This is a long pending revisional application relatable to 2011, wherein the order dated 31st January, 2011 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Paschim Medinipur in Criminal Revision No. 251 of 2010 affirming the order dated 31.08.2010 passed by learned Executive Magistrate, Kharagpur in Petition Case No. 632 of 2010 under Section 144 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure is under challenge. None appears also for the opposite parties. No affidavit-of-service is available in the record in proof of service of the application upon the opposite parties. Petitioners appear to have lost their interest over this matter. No use of keeping the matter listed any more.

The revisional application being CRR 566 of 2011, accordingly stands dismissed for default.

Department is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Court below within a week from hence for information.
