Ganguly ...for the State The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Hanskhali Police Station Case No. 698/2020 dated 19.12.2020 for the offence alleged under sections 341/326/379/354B/506/34 IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case is the outcome of a counter-case which took place due to enmity between the parties resulting in simple injuries sustained by the parties.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the State and in consideration of the nature of offence alleged, we find no ingredient of the offence alleged under section 379 IPC. Accordingly, we are inclined to admit the petitioners, namely, Tushar Roy, Nripen Roy, Mrityunjoy Bar, on anticipatory bail upon bail bond of Rs. 2,000/- each

with one surety of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to condition embodied under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

CRM 1885 of 2021 is disposed of.
