The order under challenge is of 13th September, 2019, more than three years have passed in the meantime and the grievance of the present petitioner is that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Murshidabad on an application filed by the opposite party withdrew the case from the file of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jangipur.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is unable to convey regarding the progress of the case pursuant to the order dated 13.09.2019.

The significance is this the revisional application was filed in the year 2021 and till date no order has been passed in respect of the issue relating to admission of the revisional application.

Having considered the time period which has elapsed in the meantime, I direct that in case there are inconveniences, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned District Judge, Murshidabad and canvass his grievance. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 445 of 2021 is

disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
