And In Re : Surajit Mondal ...... petitioner Mr. Sanat Kumar Das Mr. Sujan Chatterjee ....for the petitioner Mr. Saswata Gopal Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor Mr. Aniket Mitra ....for the State Considering the fact that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure admits a longstanding relationship with the petitioner and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.

till the conclusion of the investigation and on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court on every date fixed and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
