... petitioners Mr. Arijit Ganguly, Ms. Baisali Basu ...for the State The revisional application was preferred challenging the charge-sheet filed in connection with Para Police Station Case No.104 of 2010, dated 24.11.2010.

Earlier, on 16.08.2021, a report was called for. Accordingly, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate for the State submits a report which reflects that trial of the case has already been concluded before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Raghunathpur, Purulia and all the persons were acquitted from the charges on 16.01.2015. As such, further pendency of the revisional application is unwarranted.

Thus C.R.R.505 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
