The petitioner is suffering an order of demolition. The said order of demolition is under scrutiny before the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barrackpore.

The Municipality has taken consequential steps for implementing the order of demolition. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

It appears that the original order of demolition is under challenge before the appellate forum. It will be open for the petitioner to seek remedy before the said forum. The petitioner ought not to approach this Court by filing the represent writ petition for challenging only the consequential steps taken in the matter when the initial order of demolition is pending adjudication before a separate forum.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this case.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
