It appears from record that the petitioner was not represented, when the matter was taken up for hearing on September 10, 2021, September 24, 2021 and October 1, 2021 Since the petitioner is not represented, the writ petition stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
