This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the action on the part of the respondent authority in suspending the writ petitioner.

From the document available on record, it is not even clear that the writ petitioner is an employee of the Corporation.

In light of the same, in my view, this writ petition cannot lie as the petitioner is not an employee of the Corporation.

Accordingly, WPA 3267 of 2020 is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
