Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioners are named in the first information report. Their complicity in the murder of two persons and injury of four other persons appear from the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the eye witnesses. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials available in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 1146 of 2022 is rejected.
