The petitioner is the sole accused. He is the husband of the victim. The petitioner says that charge has been framed. All that he requests is that the trial should be expedited. In view of the above, we request the learned Court below to expedite the trial to the extent possible and bring the same to its logical conclusion as soon as the business of the Court may permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
