Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the order which have been challenged before this Court had already challenged before the Sessions Court and the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court, Barrackpore in Criminal Revision No. 402 of 2025 vide order dated 25th November, 2025 affirm the order dated 6th November, 2025. Copy of order be taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this fact was not brought to his knowledge by the advocate on record.

Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition

challenging the order of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge dated 25th November, 2025. 4.

Liberty is granted.
