In the matter of:- Sekh Sakir Hossain alias Sekh Sakir Hosen Mr. Ananda Gopal Mukherjee .....for the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead pray for setting aside of the ex parte order of maintenance in terms of Section 126 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned trial court. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of as not pressed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner in filing an application before the learned Magistrate for setting aside the ex parte order of maintenance in terms of Section 126 of the Code.
