Initially, the injured were treated at a primary heath care centre and, thereafter, shifted to the Sub-Divisional hospital. The injury report of one of the injured at the primary health care centre suggests that one injured person suffered fracture. Both the injuries of the petitioners as being involved in the incident of assault.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 608 of 2024 is dismissed.
